Delete your Carrvo account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

In the app

Open Carrvo, go to Profile, then Privacy & data, then Delete my account.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@carrvo.app from the email address you used for your Carrvo account, with the subject “Delete my Carrvo account”. We may reply to check that the request is from you, and we will confirm once it is done.

What happens next

  • Your account is deactivated straight away.
  • After 30 days it is permanently erased: your email address, name, vehicles, records, documents and notification settings.
  • For 30 days you can change your mind: log in to the app and choose Restore.
  • Copies in our database provider’s routine backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.
